Investigating

Dear customers, We would like to inform you that we will be performing a scheduled infrastructure migration to improve the loading performance of our Virtual Fitting Room. The maintenance is scheduled for Thursday, October 8, 2026, starting at 9:30 PM (Brazil Time / UTC-3), which corresponds to 12:30 AM UTC on October 9. This change consists of migrating our content delivery to a CDN, which reduces loading latency, particularly for international traffic. No downtime is expected and no action is required on your side. However, brief instabilities may occur in the Virtual Fitting Room during the maintenance window. If you experience any difficulty, we recommend waiting a few moments and trying again. Our team will be monitoring the entire operation to ensure minimal impact and a swift return to normal service.
